Service Administrator
Responsibilities
1. Reply to the daily questions of the service provider (franchisee), escalate the unanswerable questions to the relevant departments and follow up whether the questions are finally closed loop.
2. Collect and classify the problems raised by service providers (franchisees). Make data analysis on the collected problems every month.
3. Build corresponding FAQ database for the daily problems raised by service providers (franchisees)
4. Monthly reconciliation with the financial department for service provider rebate
5. Manage contract authorization and termination of service providers (franchisees)
6. Dealing with after-sales and customer complaints of service providers (franchisees)
Qualification:
1. Relevant customer service experience is preferred
2. Relevant order management experience is preferred
3. College degree or above preferred
4. Familiar with Word, Excel, PPT and other office software
