Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving the growth of Donmuc’s brand globally
- Manage a small team and oversee Donmuc’s marketing efforts within online and offline marketing channels and various aspects of supporting functions including PR, influencer/KOL, SEO/SEM, EDM, creative, and product marketing
- Develop overall marketing strategy by taking into consideration of user demographic, company’s brand positioning, market competition, and other macro consumer trends
- Collaborate with international sales team and other departments to execute marketing plan
- Manage, track, and allocate marketing budget to different marketing channels according to long-term marketing plans
- Create and guide the development of high quality and effective marketing materials and company presentations that align with the overall brand strategy
- Seek out new marketing opportunities and lead vendor negotiations with external agencies, business partners, media, etc. Work with important external business and sales partners to establish marketing collaborations and partner programs
- Lead monthly reporting of marketing campaign performance and analytics. Generate insights and make suggestions based on marketing data and research to drive sales
Qualifications:
- 5+ years working experience working as a brand manager or marketing manager is a MUST
- Proficiency in English is a MUST
- Experience working in an established technology company or an international company is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Have previous management experience
- Experience in both traditional marketing and digital marketing is a plus
- Strong data analytics capability
- Proficient in Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Good interpersonal skills
